It is essential that members read notices in order to familiarize themselves with handicaps, competitions, social events, local rules, etc. Information will be posted on: the Notice Board in the Clubhouse; the club homepage; the club link to Facebook and/or App for smartphones. A copy of the Rules of Golf is available for each member. Members should be familiar with the principal rules and should consult the book if in doubt. The section on Etiquette and Courtesy on the Course is essential reading for all golfers. Complaints should be sent in writing to the committee.
Members with “Away” handicaps must clearly indicate their home club on the scorecard for all singles competitions and the scores must be entered in the computer in Ballyneety GC at the end of the round.
